In a process of designing and manufacturing equipment of Rolltex brand experts of the company always take into account the wishes of the clients. Owing to this fact a lot of interesting projects were 
successfully carried out. Some of special models that were designed by the clients' technical requirements entered into a serial production. The other machines have only one or two copies and they
 are adapted to technical process of certain companies as much as possible.
All documentation is worked out by the Design Department of the Rolltex Company with a help of up-to-date tools and systems of automatic designing. Using of up-to-date reliable engineering solutions in
 the process of designing makes it possible to produce quality and reliable machines of different complexity classes.

Experts of the Design Department are constantly searching for more advanced engineering solutions, which ensure a rise in productivity and durability of the produced equipment. By the way, according to 
many characteristics the company's production not only meets but even exceeds the requirements of GOST 27641-88, for example, in accuracy of measurement and fabric roll edge alignment.

 population of machines of the Rolltex brand rises. For example, all the members of Russian Association of Upholstery Fabric and Components Suppliers are equipped with the measuring-inspecting machines

(it reduces fatigability and increases labour productivity).
